Every payout is generated from commission rules stored in the platform — product, activation amount and residual amount, each with effective dates. Nothing is hardcoded, and every ledger entry links back to the exact rule that produced it.

How are builders and referring agents compensated?

Builders choose one of two flows. On the builder-paid flow the builder is paid the activation commission directly and distributes to its own representatives internally. On the agent-direct flow both the referring Luxara agent and the builder are compensated, according to the program configured for that builder. Actual commissions vary by program — partner with us for full details.

When do payouts happen?

A commission ledger entry is generated the moment an order reaches activated. Luxara corporate reviews and approves, and approved commissions are paid on the monthly payout run with a full audit trail.

Which services can homebuyers order?

Accepted Answer

DIRECTV, Frontier Internet, AT&T Internet, Spectrum Internet, Xfinity Internet, Vivint Smart Home Security and the Luxara Dragon Router with Luxara Core internet. Availability depends on the coverage at each address.

How do I know what's available at a specific lot?

Accepted Answer

Run the public coverage check with the address, or use the coverage engine inside the platform. Builder Link maps carrier footprints against each community, phase and lot.

Can another builder see my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Every table is tenant-scoped by builder organization with server-side row-level security. Builder administrators only ever see their own organization's data.

How long does onboarding take?

Most builders are live within a week. We model your divisions, regions and communities, load your commission rules, provision your team's roles, and hand over a shareable welcome page per community.

What does it cost the builder?

Nothing. Builder Link is a revenue channel — the carriers fund the activation payouts, and the platform distributes them on the rules configured for your organization.
